Mondio ring, quesaco? It is one sporting discipline amazing, which appeared in the 1980s during dog meetings from various nations: Germany, Belgium, France, Holland, Italy, Switzerland. Mondioring is now practiced in 25 countries and dog training club Antagnaca small village near Casteljaloux in Lot-et-Garonne, arranges a competition in this discipline Saturday 19 October and Sunday 20 October 2024.
Mondioring: a discipline that brings together the best dogs
It is a discipline to selection call. All dog breeds are authorized to practice the sporty bite is busy. The specificity of this discipline lies in the variety of exercises that consist of three parts, where any violence against the dog is prohibited. In order the dog and its master must perform agility and obedience exercises with following at the foot, reporting of object, absence of the master with diversion, positions to be carried out at a distance, reporting and search for an object with identification, rejection of bait and forwarding.
So come jumping exercises on fences of 1.80 m to 2.30 m with an inclined plane, hedges of 0.80 m to 1.20 m and length of 3 m to 4 m.
To finish bite exercises with object guarding, various attacks with accessories or stick with or without obstacle crossing, search, defense of the captain, fleeing or stopped attack. During these exercises, the dog is never touched with the stick.
The dog training club
CECA is an association created on August 10, 2018, affiliated to the Canine Territoriale du Lot-et-Garonne association, attached to the Société Centrale Canine, which governs French dog sports under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture. The club aims to ” highlight the working qualities of dogs according to the abilities of their breed » but also, “to promote their education and their integration into life and the city”.
The Antagnac dog training club is also a place for fun, to learn, under good conditions, to train dogs andcreate a good bondall the time with the animals. The work, carried out with respect for the dogs and their masters, is communicated with great joy and passion. Management is trained in positive reinforcement methods. Its aim is to provide dog training advice and promote dog sports practiced at the club.
