Summer is definitely the best time to have brunch. A few weeks ago, we told you about Citadines, a new place full of nice surprises located near Oberhausbergen. Appart’hotels, swimming pool, spa and well-being offer with little onions: the 11,000 m2 site has convincing arguments. But what we liked above all was the restaurant: Braise Par Substance. Today, with the arrival of the friendliest months of the year, the restaurant teams offer maxi brunches full of surprises. To take advantage of it, you just have to show up before 3 p.m., so we won’t miss it. Here is the program.
To quench the Strasbourg residents’ thirst for brunch, Les Citadines occasionally organizes brunches in their restaurant. After the Easter brunch we told you about recently, chef Valérian Privat and his acolytes are setting the stage for three brunches : Sunday June 19, Sunday July 17, and Sunday August 21.
Things to know
Each brunch, which will be offered in the form of a buffet, will each time include an assortment of sweet and savory dishes, hot and cold drinks (without alcohol) but also an aperitif. They will be served from 11.30 a.m. until 3 p.m., for €45 per person.
For the moment, the composition of the brunches is not yet known in detail. All we can tell you is that the proposal promises to be qualitative, generous, and obviously in season and that the teams are in the process of imagining this lovely program with their producers. There will be cold, hot, sweet, savory, summer dishes, other more comforting dishes and a whole host of surprises imagined for the occasion.
