Alliance Insurance takes the lead in Algeria

Alliance Assurances accelerates its digitization. On Tuesday, November 15, the insurance company unveiled its new web platform (allianceassurances.com.dz) and its new mobile application (MyAlliance), which allows you to take out all types of insurance online. A first in Algeria, according to its CEO Hassen Khelifati.

On this occasion, its managing director of the company, Hassen Khelifati, hosted a press conference on Tuesday morning, on the sidelines of the digital and information and communication technology fair, Digitech 2022, which is currently being held at the center’s CIC conferences in Algiers.

“Digitalization is an inevitable path,” said Hassen Khelifati.

“In Algeria, the Covid-19 crisis has highlighted the delay that the insurance sector has accumulated in digitization and digitization. It is imperative that we work now to make up for this delay,” he said.

“This is the first in the Algerian insurance market”

Hassen Khelifati announced the official launch of the new Alliance Assurance website. A project of which he is “extremely proud” and which is part of his company’s digital transformation strategy.

“We are in the middle of a digital transformation. Our main goal with the launch of this new website is to continue to improve the products and services we offer our customers. We hope that this new channel, which will act as a link between the company and the customers, will make it possible to look at insurance differently,” he said.

The new Alliance Assurance website is a platform with optimized navigation. “It will ensure more proximity and fluidity in online interactions and transactions between customers and communities,” said Hassen Khelifati.

The new Alliance Assurances website allows users to purchase car insurance, multi-peril home insurance, natural disaster insurance (CAT-NAT), school insurance, yacht insurance, professional multi-peril insurance or start-up insurance online. All with just a few clicks.

“With regard to offers, contract deliveries, advance declarations and damage monitoring, everything will take place online on the website. This is the first in the Algerian insurance market,” said the company’s digital director, product development and innovation during the press conference.

This Tuesday, Hassen Khelifati also announced the signing of a “privileged” partnership between Alliance Assurances and Piassa, a startup that allows you to order auto spare parts online and have them delivered to your home.

“Thanks to this partnership, Alliance Assurance’s customers, through the new website and application, will be able to obtain spare parts at advantageous prices,” said Mr. Khelifati.

To emphasize that “the customer is always at the heart of the company’s strategy”, the CEO of Alliance Assurances also announced the launch of a customer center.

“This center will allow us to get a little closer to our customers,” he said. Before adding that the center in question will be accessible via two numbers, “including a short, non-taxable number, 3315”.

“Customers will be guided in any case,” assured Mr Khelifati.

In conclusion, the CEO of Alliance Assurances recalled that “digital transformation has been at the heart of the company’s strategy for many years”, that “the efforts made by the state” in the field of transformation, digital and digital.

“I congratulate the Ministry of Digitization and Statistics, as well as the knowledge economy, startups and micro-enterprises, for all the measures taken, for the way and for the measures carried out in this sector,” he said.
