Oasis des Vétérans is located in Gruyère in the canton of Fribourg, and is a shelter that welcomes elderly dogs and cats, most of the time abandoned and/or sick. Between moments of joy and sadness, Blue News went to discover this association where veterans live a peaceful retirement.
Oasis des Vétérans was founded in 2004 by Marina Tami in Ticino and took up residence in Vaulruz in 2006. Located in the Friborg countryside, this oasis of peace has continued to grow and has now become a true EMS for senior dogs and cats.
