QBE France announces the appointment of Grégoire Stephan as senior marine cargo underwriter. He will be placed under the responsibility of Tania Bensoussan-Arthur, practice manager Europe’s marine, art and values.

To expand its new marine art and value branch launched at the start of the school year, QBE France has just appointed Grégoire Stephan as senior marine cargo underwriter. Placed under the responsibility of Tania Bensoussan-Arthur, practice manager Europe’s marine, art and values, the latter will be particularly tasked with supporting the development of the insurer’s marine offer.

Graduated from the Faculties of Law in Paris and Lille, Grégoire Stephan began his career in 2001 as Head of Transport Claims at Contains Assurances, acquired in 2003 by Generali. Within the insurance company, he mainly held the positions of RC transport and logistics underwriter and major account transport underwriter until 2014. Then appointed senior senior underwriter within XL Catlin (which later became Axa XL), and Grégoire Stephan was since 2018 senior maritime underwriter in the company.
