New managers have just reopened Le Petit Nice in the town of Bas-en-Basset. Patrig Pelé and Delphine Roussel want to develop the same concept as Evidence, which they held at Monistrol from 2018 to 2021.
After a few months of closure linked to a judicial liquidation, a couple from Bassois bought the Petit Nice business located on the boulevard de la Sablière.
Delphine Roussel and Padrig Pelé saw their offer accepted by the judicial liquidator and were able to reopen the trade on Wednesday August 3.
The restaurant in September
At first, only the bar is open. Work is in progress in the kitchen and the catering part will be possible from September. “We will offer a menu at 15 € with starter, main course, cheese and dessert, with fresh products and a different menu every day”, indicates Delphine Roussel.
The couple will take up the same concept that made them known at Monistrol from 2018 to 2021 by creating Evidence in Avenue de la Gare (now Coco and Rico).
Le Petit Nice is open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., in the evening by reservation for groups, as well as on entertainment days in Bas (November 11, vogue…).
