Netflix is preparing the anticipation for its next fantasy series. During this year’s Comic-Con Experience (CCXP) in Sao Paulo, Brazil, various information about upcoming movies and TV series were revealed, including Avatar: The Way of Water unpublished images and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 trailer, among other exciting things, coming next year. The trailer for the prequel series, The Witcher: Origin of Bloodwas also revealed to the delight of fans the witch. Along with the trailer, a new poster was revealed; the poster presented michelle yeo, Sophie Brownand Laurence O’Fountainpreparing “the birth of a new continent”.
The poster shows the battle-ready trio with Éile (Brun) in the middle, accompanied by Scían (Yeoh) and Fjall (O’Fuarain) along with other cast members. The latest trailer outlines the three characters’ individual stories, including Éile and Fjall’s developing love interests, although they are not connected to their respective clans. Scían, on the other hand, is the last surviving member of the nomadic group and is on a quest to retrieve his tribe’s stolen sword. The three and the other characters must work together to defeat an invincible empire before it’s too late.
According to Netflix, the four-episode prequel takes place thousands of years before the events Henry Cavill-directed series. Origin of blood tells the story of the Conjunction of the Spheres, the event that merged the many realms of monsters, elves, and humans into one, resulting in the world we all know now from books, games, and a Netflix star-studded and fan-favorite series . And now we get another franchise story set 1200 years before the era of Geralt of Rivia.
In addition to O’Fuarain, Brown and Yeoh, Joey Batey will reprise her role as Dandelion. Mirren Mack, Minnie Driver, Lenny Henry, Francesca Moulins, Huw Novelli, Zach Wyattand meizzie annis complete the cast off The Witcher: Origin of Blood. The prequel series is based on Andrzej Sapkowskifantasy novels, with Declan Barra as showrunner and executive producer of the spin-off, concurrently the witch Manager Lauren Schmidt Hissrich, Sean Daniel, Jason Brown, Thomas Bagski, Jarosaw Sawkoand Matt O’Toole.
