The law firm Cefides, specializing in company law, social law and contract law, is making a strategic merger with its counterpart Oratio, a law firm specializing in business law. If one is established in Rhône-Alpes, while the other is historically established in the Great West and in Paris, this new association leaves no doubt about the ambition of the two structures to want to obtain a national dimension.
For this, the two firms wish to consolidate their positioning around three major French economic cities: Nantes, Paris and Lyon. A development strategy that will have a total of 14 locations, bringing together 100 lawyers and nearly 200 professionals.
Lyon, “a key stage”
This ambitious policy focuses largely on the capital of Gaul and its region which “is a key step”recalls Gilles Camphort, president of Oratio Avocats. “Having a foothold in Lyon has been one of our objectives for several years.
