Of the stars, the guests of Chef Remy Coste had their eyes full.
Wednesday, June 15, 2022the cook of Pontoise (Val d’Oise) who usually works from home revealed his new menu to about ten guests at the Mona estate, at Cergy. Around the table, among others: Stephanie Von Euwmayor (Free!) of Pontoise, FlorianOnAirradio host and Youtuber with nearly 700,000 subscribers on his channel, as well as Sebastian Thomasthe director of theHotel Splendid Etoileat Paris.
A splendid project
“Sébastien (Thomas, editor’s note) offered me to take over the management of the Square meadowthe restaurant of his establishment, which has a magnificent view of the Champs-Elysees. By accepting, I realize a dream. The project is to go find a star, ”announced Rémy Coste.

However, the takeover of the restaurant should not take place for a year. Enough to give Rémy Coste time to “find better financing and do some work”.
In the oven and at the mill, the chef who spent 10 years in Belgium also announced its intention to open a new restaurant within the mona’s estate. The owners would thus be “delighted” to welcome it within their green setting located a stone’s throw from leisure island. The birth, perhaps, of a future third starred restaurant in the departement…

The mayor of Pontoise Stéphanie Von Euw is delighted with the accomplishment of a local talent: “It’s a pride. We have real talents that deserve to be known. Pontoise is a restaurant town and Rémy is one of its ambassadors. »
