We are currently looking for a claims manager (managers) in property damage for specific and fixed contracts, with significant experience of at least two years.
Reporting to the manager, you will be responsible for claims management, from opening to closing and securing the relationship with our insurance companies’ customers for reporting and activity management tasks:
Your main tasks will be:
Handle claims processing according to the insurance declaration for contracts for damage to private property or buildings, either in local management or on the company’s extranet,
Assess the damage to advise and support the insured towards appropriate solutions, to contact partner service providers and to initiate compensation settlements
Identification of responsibilities for each party
Implementation of preventive measures,
Administer conventional or ordinary remedies
Initiate claims settlement and finalize transactions.
– You have a good command of office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and are comfortable on the phone
– You have excellent writing skills as well as analytical and synthesis skills that allow you to carry out your missions
– You have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate organization, rigor, responsiveness and a great sense of customer service
