Within our offices in Colombes, within the framework of a portfolio consisting of risks from construction professionals at CELLINKS, you will analyze, investigate and settle extrajudicial claims within the framework of the various agreements or according to common law.

Your tasks:

– Handling a portfolio of building claims, RC, RCD or DO, from opening to appeal.
– Managing a portfolio of files requires daily management of priority tasks, management of all administrative tasks related to compliance with internal management processes (execution of tasks on management software)
– Adherence to service provider allocation procedures, collaboration with all cross-departments involved in file management
– Opening files, instructions, position statement, provision, securing recourse, customer support and relationships with partners
– Risk analysis and feedback if necessary
– Analysis of the strategy to be adopted in collaboration with the hierarchy
– Proposed dispute resolution method
– Teamwork with colleagues, service providers, cross-functional teams and hierarchy
– Frequent collaboration with brokers and customers, participation in team projects as needed

With a higher education than Bac +2 (Legal, Insurance, Construction, Construction Economist) you ideally have first experience in construction insurance, which gives you the opportunity to manage files with a view to quality
– You have a good command of office tools and are comfortable on the phone
– You have good writing and analytical skills
– Humanly, you have excellent interpersonal skills, rigor, responsiveness and a sense of customer service
