This summer 2022, the Montparnasse Tower is setting up a craft beer bar run by La Brasserie Fondamentale, on its rooftop at an altitude of 210 meters!
It’s no secret that the Tour Montparnasse loves to take us to the heights. From its height of 210 meters, it competes in ingenuity to make us enjoy unusual activities on its rooftop. After the trampoline, rollerblading, ice rink or even bubble football, the Panoramic Observatory of the Montparnasse Tower is switching to summer time and unveiling, for this summer 2022a craft beer bar at its top.
To celebrate sunny days in Paris while toasting with a good mousse, then head for the rooftop of the Montparnasse Tower to discover the beer bar run by The Fundamental Brewery. IPA, Pale Ale and ephemeral beers, from next May to August, it is over more than 800m2 that these french brewers intend to convert you to good beer (€7.5 a pint) but also to good wine (€5.5 a glass).
On the decoration side, garlands and deckchairs are waiting for a guinguette spirit which invites itself on the roofs of Paris. And on the yum side, we fall for the food menu which draws its products from Frescolet for the cheesesat Auvernou for the deli meats: chickpea cream (€7), olive cream (€7), duck rillettes (€7) or even sausages (€7) are in the game. And sweet beaks are not left out with ice cream (7.5€)!
