Lawyer Fabrice Di Vizio threatened with a six-month ban on practicing, including three months closed

This Tuesday, September 27, these are six-month ban on practicing as a lawyer including three months firm which were required against Fabrice Di Vizio. The figure of the opposition to the health pass had an appointment before the Council of the Paris Bar Association. It was a golden opportunity, one more for this anti-vax icon, to put on a show. But also to denounce, once again, the relentlessness of the system.

Fabrice Di Vizio had barely arrived in front of the bar association when he was already filming himself to cry out against the totalitarian state. “They limited the reception capacities to 30 people and deployed the CRS everywhere on the square in order to limit the conditions of access. We will not take the hearing under these conditions“, he details.

It should be noted that the CRS trucks are not present for this trial, but rather for the major terrorist trials that are taking place at the moment. As soon as the doors opened, the amphitheater quickly filled up. Taking out their sandwiches, some even demanded selfies from their idol. The president then tried to warn: “You’re not at the show here! It’s a disciplinary hearing”. Then, he was forced to suspend the hearing four times.

Fabrice Di Vizio had almost no voice from shouting. He assumed his tweets where he called certain politicians “idiots” or “assholes”. He claimed his advice to circumvent vaccination decrees. At this moment, it is hardly if we heard the request for suspension for three months from the prosecuting authority. A council lawyer then blew: “we have just offered him a platform”.

During the hearing, which was attended by more than 200 of his supporters, Me Di Vizio, round glasses and bald head, acknowledged most of the comments made on Twitter and invoked his “reinforced freedom of expression” in the context of a “public interest debate”. The decision will be rendered on November 2, 2022.
