As expected, the increase in return on euro funds is also effective for the most subscribed contracts. By exceeding the 2% threshold, with an average interest rate of 2.04%, BNP Paribas CARDIF is thus turning the page on the darkest years of euro funds. These interest rates are now only expected to rise in 2023 with the sharp rise in government bond yields.
” Our quality of management and our high level of reserves will enable us to continue to offer a solid fund in euros for the long term with a competitive interest rate for the largest number. said Fabrice Bagne, Deputy Managing Director of BNP Paribas Cardif, responsible for France and Luxembourg.
Strongly increasing yields
BNP Paribas Cardif publishes an average rate of 2.04% for 2022 against 1.21% the previous year.
