Mobilize Financial Services launches Mobilize Insurance

Mobilize Financial Services, a Renault Group subsidiary specializing in mobility and a commercial brand of RCI Banque SA, has just developed Mobilize insurance, a subsidiary specializing in car insurance for the European market. The purpose of this new structure is to develop motor vehicle insurance activities in Europe thanks to a platform that brings together several insurance services. This platform is intended to be integrated into the ecosystem of the group’s brands, namely Renault, Dacia, Alpine and Mobilize. “With the creation of Mobilize Insurance, Mobilize Financial Services takes a new step that brings us closer to our ambition: to become the benchmark brand that meets the automotive mobility needs associated with customers’ new lifestyles, Explain João Leandro, CEO of Mobilize Financial Services. We will take advantage of the boom in connected vehicles, but also on the growing demand for personal services, to develop disruptive services such as insurance per insurance premium after driving and therefore to reward good drivers”.

Accenture as partner

Mobilize Financial Services has chosen as a partner Accenture, able to develop and operate this platform in its entirety, from acquiring new customers to handling claims. Leveraging all of Accenture’s expertise, Mobilize Insurance aims to offer its clients personal digital experience with insurance and mobility solutions that meet their needs, in real time, through vehicle connection.

With this partnership, Mobilize Financial Services will make a major breakthrough in the European market, at the intersection of the mobility and insurance sectors, through three innovations in the car insurance business model in Europe:

  • The complete internalization of the insurance value chain and its optimized integration with the Renault group dealer network to offer customers a unique experience and increase their satisfaction.

  • An “all-in-one” offer adapted to the needs of motorists to become a supplier of mobility services that makes life easier for its customers.

  • The implementation of a centralized pan-European model, based on a single technological and operational platform, which will constitute a new strategic asset for the group in its strategy of rapid development of innovative services in and outside Europe.
