Opening a new Passerelles session, a mentor system on

The members of Parité Assurance accompany other women to help them advance in their careers. A good start to a new edition of the program, with the creation of about ten pairs of mentors and mentees.

The Passerelles system was launched in 2015 and has already given many women access to positions at Codir and Comex. Concretely, this mentoring system is based on an exchange of experience between mentor and mentee, on the register of listening and mutual help. The mentors are members of Parité assurance and occupy responsible positions. As for the mentees, they are women, managers with a professional development project and eager to benefit from the mentor’s experience. All work in insurance or health.

The Passerelles system, completely voluntary and free of charge, lasts six months with one meeting a month. The content of the meetings is based on a charter and a facilitation guide, designed by Parité assurance. Each mentor-mentee pair will be able to create their own personal course.
