An unfiltered sentence for the influencer and his co-conspirators attempted on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at the court in Paris for organized fraud and use of forgery. The five defendants were found guilty as charged, the court only rejecting the aggravating circumstance of organized gang.
30 months in prison and a 30,000 euro fine
Bryan J. aka Bryan “the good plans”, who offered fake car insurance certificates to his subscribers on the social network Snapchat, was sentenced to a 30 months imprisonment, of which 10 were suspended. He has also been fined 30,000 euros. His main co-conspirator, who was also involved in this traffic, was sentenced to 18 months in prison, 12 of which were suspended.
Exposure to small traffic hands
The other two actors in the traffic, the supplier of certificates extracted from her employer and the printing company, were sentenced to eight months and six months in prison respectively, suspended. All the defendants must also pay 6,000 euros to the company Allianz for the damage and 3,000 euros to the insurance broker where the certificates were stolen.
A harsh sentence for the influencer’s ex-partner
One of the harshest sentences was against the influencer’s ex-boyfriend. The latter was charged with concealment of fraud. She received a 24-month suspended sentence and a fine of 30,000 euros. “A very severe sentence for concealment,” a source close to the case stated, given that the prosecution had requested a six-month prison sentence against the defendant.
