Since moving to the US with his wife Meghan Markle, Prince Harry has been busy. Deprived of the royal family’s finances, the prince and Meghan had to find ways to earn money on their own to provide a life of luxury for their two children, Archie (three years old) and Lilibet (one year old)… Thus, Prince Harry has established several partnerships. As soon as he arrived in the United States, the Duke of Sussex signed a juicy contract worth more than £35m with the Penguin Random House publisher. The goal : write his memoirs. It has to be said that between his youthful escapades, his marriage to the American actress, his split with his brother William and Megxit, there is something to be said! Soon after, Prince Harry and his wife signed a very lucrative contract with Netflix : to make a miniseries about their couple, they were paid almost 100 million dollars in 2020. But the death of Queen Elizabeth II on September 8 changed the situation…
Where are Prince Harry’s plans?
Prince Harry’s autobiography was thus highly anticipated. “The Duke’s book will reflect the experiences, adventures, losses and life lessons that have shaped him over the years“, explains the British magazine Hi !, this Wednesday, October 19. But with the death of Queen Elizabeth II, when the book was ready, the release date had to be suspended. The prince is said to be adding a new chapter about his grandmother. As for the Netflix documentary, its release date would not have been delayed as the couple would have liked. Its release date will therefore remain in December 2022… Fans of the couple will therefore be able to discover the mini-series very soon,”content informs but also gives hope“, as Meghan herself said.
