Have you seen the new restaurant in Flers? A victim of great success since its opening, the O’ciel buffet restaurant offers Asian cuisine, but also French specialties. This restaurant is a family business run by Liliang Xu.
Settling in Flers was a great opportunity

A family history
This is not Liliang Xu’s first restaurant, he has already run a traditional Chinese restaurant and a Japanese buffet restaurant in Essonne. Liliang Xu’s family followed her on her adventure to Normandy.
It’s a family business
Thus, the majority of the 15 employees come from his family. Her father and uncle take care of the kitchen, but a cook who specializes in buffets is also employed. To improve on French cuisine, a young cook from Flérien will be hired.
