These two real estate players sign here their first joint hotel acquisition. The Courtyard hotel in Paris Arcueil (75) is a four-star hotel with 170 rooms operated by the Marriott Group.

UGGC Avocats acted on the corporate, real estate and hotel aspects through David Gordon-Krief (partner), Camille Hévin (associate) and Paul Grandet (associate). The firm also intervened on regulatory aspects with Charles-Emmanuel Prieur (partner) and Laura Malach (consultant).

For its part, the firm Gide, through Nadège Nguyen and Hugues Moreau (partners) advised the buyers on this transaction, with a multidisciplinary team composed of: Morgan Maréchal and Camille Burg (associates) on the corporate aspects; Sibylle Chomel de Varagnes (collaborator) on hotel and real estate aspects; Aurélien de Castéja, (counsel), and Margaux Lefebvre (collaborator) on setting up financing.

The Cazals-Mancho-Pichot-Saint Quentin firm also worked on this project on behalf of the buyer through Maxence Manzo, Xavier Colard (partners) and Jenny-Emma Haure (associate).
