After a complicated September, a shelter in Shropshire, England, had to carry out several large rescues in quick succession, with dozens of kittens added to those it already cares for. Overwhelmed by events, however, the association could count on the generosity of the public.

On Saturday, October 8, 6 young cats were hospitalized after the death of their mother, mowed down by a tractor. The following Tuesday, a litter of 8 other kittens left in a transport box in front of the shelter was discovered by the volunteers.
Cats adding to the many animals they already have to care for, including 18 seniors who need special attention.
The association had no choice but to launch an urgent appeal for donations. A cat was opened online and shared on social networks with a goal of 500 pounds sterling (almost 580 euros). A few days later she received 6 times more from donors: 3184 pounds or almost 3700 euros.
