But this vacant place will not remain so for long. From 2023, Maël Gross and Christophe Genetti will write the new history of the restaurant, indicates Gault&Millau this Friday.
From Champex-Lac to Martigny
These two new faces will therefore succeed the duo who managed to raise the Tourists by 13 to 15 Gault&Millau points. After an experience at Champex-Lac, Maël Gross and Christophe Genetti will be leaving the Alpine Club’s kitchens at the end of the year.
The cook duo will set down in the Octodurian city, ready to take up this new challenge. For the greatest pleasure of the Valais taste buds.
