– Shopping in Spain can be very advantageous.
To avoid rising prices, some French are ready to do anything. While prices in supermarkets have risen and not fallen enough, many consumers are no longer able to make ends meet and have been forced to find other alternatives to fill their fridges at low prices. The southerners therefore no longer hesitate to go to Spain to stock up on groceries, reports TF1.

The chain went to meet these day trippers, ready to travel ten hours to save money and reduce the weight of their shopping cart. New lines opening soon with Spain?
Regulars come at least once a month to buy fresh produce, but also cleaning and hygiene products. A client also explains that without this monthly effort, she would no longer have “one cent […] on the 15th of the month » and ensures that you save “320 euros”. New practice that more and more French people use every week to take advantage of the low prices in Spain. The transport company, which charters buses between Marseille and La Jonquera, is investigating the possibility of opening new routes to cope with the high demand.
