The governance of Hoche Avocats is changing: Frédérique Cassereau and Grine Lahreche join the firm’s executive committee, now made up of four members.
Frederique Cassereaupartner in social law since 2016, and Grine Lahreche, partner in the mergers and acquisitions division and private equity since 2018, have joined the governance of Hoche Avocats. When it was created in 1996, the firm was headed by Éric Quentin, before Jean Luc-Blein came to lend him a hand eight years later. For the latter, the arrival of two new members to the Executive Committee “marks the beginning of a new chapter”. They explain : “We led the firm, founded more than thirty years ago, convinced that constantly evolving business law requires innovative solutions and calls for responses with high added value.. This expanded governance is part of the continuity while allowing the firm to continue its development and to establish itself as a mark of quality and independence.”
Frederique Cassereau is a specialist in social law, both in advice and in litigation. It intervenes more specifically in the sectors of culture, but also of luxury, the pharmaceutical industry and the retail. The lawyer began her career as a partner at Rossini Avocats before joining Lussan, in parallel with her work as conference secretary. She is a graduate of Paris Cité University.
Grine Lahreche As for him, he has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2007. His activity concerns sale-acquisition, LBO or capital reorganization projects for managers, investment funds, large groups and medium-sized companies. He also advises and assists certain industrial players in highly regulated sectors (health, NTIC, sports industry, public procurement). Graduated with a Sciences Po master’s degree in business law from Paris Dauphine University, the lawyer started out as a partner at LL Berg.
