Julie Delecroix becomes Human Resources Director at Smacl Assurances, a subsidiary of the Maif group.
Smacl Assurances SA announces the promotion of Julie Delecroix to become HRD and member of the management committee from 1 December 2022.
Julie Delecroix began her career in training in 2006 as a facilitator trainer. She then joined the Ministry of National Education as an education assistant in 2007. Five years later, she became head of education at Leroy-Somer, a manufacturer of industrial generators.
In 2014, she joined Smacl Assurance’s personnel department. For the past 8 years she has climbed the ranks in the local authority insurance company. She held the positions of training officer, human resources business partner and assistant to HRD before becoming head of the department in December.
Julie Delecroix has a master’s degree in personnel management from the University of Bordeaux and a master’s degree in education and training from the University of Poitiers.
