Fresh fruit granita – 70 kcal
The original granita recipe comes to us from Sicily and has refreshed our summers for centuries. Composed of water, lemon and a little bit of sugar, it has come in a multitude of flavors over time. Similar to crushed ice, its appearance has fiocchi (“flakes” in Italian) make it look like colorful snowflakes.
To prepare it, nothing could be easier. You have to water, fresh fruit and a little sugar, which you pass through a blender before storing in the freezer. When the mixture has solidified, put it all in a blender again with a little water to achieve the consistency of granita. It will satisfy all palates, as a large number of fruits are suitable for it. Strawberries, raspberries, watermelons, citrus fruits, melon… Add a few fresh mint or basil leaves for a guaranteed gourmet effect!

Cottage cheese panna cotta – 60 kcal
Panna cotta, we love it. And we have the right trick to enjoy it without increasing the calorie counter. A recipe without fresh cream and without sugar, easy and quick to prepare in a few minutes. What more could you ask for? To make a vanilla panna cotta you will need:
- 250 grams cottage cheese 0% fat
- 1 vanilla pod (or vanilla flavor)
- 1 piece of gelatin
- 2 tablespoons boiling water
- a dozen strawberries
- a fruit coulis (strawberries, raspberries or red fruits)
For preparation:
- Place the gelatin sheet to soften in a bowl of cold water.
- Cut the vanilla bean lengthwise and remove the seeds, which you will mix with the cottage cheese.
- Put the gelatin in boiling water, mix until it is completely dissolved and let it cool.
- Then pour the dissolved gelatin into the cottage cheese preparation, then divide it all into your ramekins.
- Put it all in the fridge for 5 hours before serving.
You can decorate your panna cotta with a cooled coulis before enjoying!
