It is a solid story of loyalty since four generations of Attrazic have succeeded in the kitchen in Aumont-Aubrac (Lozère), a peaceful town of a thousand inhabitants perched at 1050 meters, between the mountains of Margeride and the plateaus from Aubrac. The family business dates back to 1928, when the great-grandmother inaugurated Chez Camillou, an inn on the edge of the national 9. Céline, her daughter, crossed the road and built two more ambitious buildings, a restaurant and a hotel, today managed by Cyril and his wife Karine for the first, and his cousin David for the second.
