Abandoned with her kittens, this cat was waiting for help with a mysterious note

A cat was found abandoned at the foot of a mailbox in an apartment complex. She was lying in a comfortable basket, under a blanket, and a mysterious word was taped to the wall behind her. A last message of despair, left by its former owners.

The pussy was not alone

Kayla works in an apartment rental office. She was contacted after a cat was found abandoned in one of the apartment complexes for which she was responsible. When Kayla arrived there, she found the feline lying in a basket, a towel covering her body. She lifted the laundry, and discovered three tiny kittens underneath. amazed, Kayla understood that the cat was hard at work, and that other little ones were still going to arrive.

A mysterious word hung above the basket

Kayla then noticed a paper taped to the wall above the basket. A word of distress was written on it: “Please help us!!!”. The sentence was underlined 4 times. The previous owners seemed helpless, and no doubt hoped that someone better able to take care of their cat and her young would do so.

Kaylavolunteer for the shelter Coastal Bend Cat Rescue, contacted the association. The latter has agreed to take charge of the family of felines. In between is Kayla who kept the animals at her home, while the mother cat gave birth to her 4th and last little one.

All cats have been placed in a foster home

The mother and her kittens have been placed in foster care. The pussy was called Candyand all of her little ones have been given a name referring to a candy, as related lovemeow.

According to the foster family, despite the stress of abandonment, Candy was an exemplary mother. She was very attentive to all her babies, who gained weight correctly and received a lot of love. As soon as the kittens were old enough, they were sterilized, to limit the number of cats that find themselves strays, then offered for adoption.
