After his knife wound, chef Thomas Chisholm (finally) puts on the apron

Hit in the thigh a few weeks ago during an altercation on the sidelines of the Taste of Paris festival, chef Thomas Chisholm is finally on his feet and is preparing to take over the controls of his restaurant Chocho, in Paris. A long-awaited return, as the opening of his table had made gourmets and gourmands talk – including us.

From August 16, he will put on his apron to cook his now famous ceviche “teq paf style”, his sauce dish, his marinated tomatoes and stracciatella mousse “who, with great genius, restore their letters of nobility to the star duo of the summer”or beef tongue and burnt aubergines, “that would drive even the most reluctant stomach crazy with love”says the restaurant.

“I want to thank you all for your messages and your support, he confided on Instagram. I wake up even more passionate and motivated than ever! I look forward to being able to welcome you back to Chocho and celebrate my return with you. On our side, we continue to create and we continue to try to be better every day! My team is here to make you love all summer while waiting for my complete recovery! See you soon friends…”

We wish him a very good recovery. And, more than ever, we advise you to discover its culinary universe which is really worth the detour.
