Tuesday, September 27, a team of Animal Rescue refuge of Hope in Arthaz, intervened in Annemasse, for a case of animal abuse.
A few kilometers from the shelter, the members of the shelter had to face a new difficult intervention, that of the recovery of a dog abandoned by its owner for several days. The occupant has not only left his accommodation abandoned (for several days or even weeks, given the unsanitary condition of the apartment), but also the dog inside, locked up and facing certain death, found in an advanced cachectic state.
This is a young staff aged one year. The members of the shelter called him Tilou. He now receives all the attention and care he needs. A complaint has been filed.
