Cleanliness, hospitality, quality and aligot: the “Tables and Inns” label arrives in Rodez

The label distinguishes good restaurants, as well as craftsmen, hotels or producers. In Rodez, it was the restaurant Le Grand café that opened the ball for the recipients. Others should follow.

The 2022 “Tables and inns” guide (France and international) does not include any Ruthenian restaurant. A glaring lack that the label’s guide and food critic Christophe Stuber (also national and international manager) has filled. The brand that can distinguish hotels as much as producers, good little bistronomic tables, local produce or wine bars, has recently endeavored to get to know the town of Rodez. “We received an extraordinary welcome. The professionals are great!” enthuses Christophe Stuber.

By making the rounds of these professionals, the gastronomic critic has made a selection of the establishments which deserve the label “Tables and inns”, knowing that the recipients must pay an annual contribution. Based on criteria of cleanliness, hospitality and the quality of the products served on the plates, Christophe Stuber singled out the Ruthenian bistro “Le Grand Café” for its homemade aligot. Other establishments should apply for this label giving certain visibility to good restaurants.
