He offers us three simple cocktail recipes to make at home in less than five minutes. Preparations that require little equipment and whose ingredients can be found very easily in convenience stores or supermarkets.
Moscow Mule, a fresh and thirst-quenching long drink
Famous cocktail, which is generally served in copper timpani, it can be reproduced at home, without a shaker, by being made directly in a long drink. “It’s a great classic that can be enjoyed without its copper cup. A thirst-quenching cocktail made with vodka, lemon and ginger, which I recommend serving in a long drink!” explains the bartender.

Ingredients:
- Vodka 4 cl
- Lime juice 2.5 cl
- Ginger beer
- Ice cubes
Recipe:
- In a large glass (long drink) filled with ice cubes, pour the vodka and lemon juice directly.
- Then add ginger beer to the top of your glass.
- Add a wedge of lime as decoration and then enjoy in peace and quiet!
Moscow Mule Recipe Revisited by Animal bars

Ingredients:
- 1/2 lime
- 1 to 2 spoons of brown sugar
- Crushed ice
- 5 cl cachaça
Recipe:
- In a small glass (short drinks), arrange 6 pieces of lime, add one to two spoons of brown sugar, it depends on how you like your caipirinha.
- Mash the limes with the sugar, add the cachaça.
- Add crushed ice to the top of the glass.
Variants of Caïpirinha

Ingredients:
- 3 cl elderflower liqueur
- 2 cl Bergamot liqueur
- Prosecco
Recipe
- Fill a large balloon cocktail glass to the brim with ice cubes.
- Add the elderflower liqueur, the bergamot liqueur, then top the glass with prosecco.
- Take a spoon and mix the ingredients well so that the drink is homogeneous. All that’s left to do is taste!
