Le Cap Marine restaurant, which facing the sea, in Siouville-Hague (Channel), recently celebrated its twenty years of existence. For the chef, Caroline Huet, who began her career in diving, this anniversary is synonymous with a great success.
This restaurant, “it’s my baby”, she likes to say. The restorer remembers his beginnings in the profession, which began when she was 16 years old behind the dishwashing. “I entered the world of catering through the back door,” she says. After having proven herself in diving, in the dining room, she pushed open the kitchen doors and never came out.
Steps climbed one by one

Caroline climbed the rungs one by one until she reached the position of chef. This function is an opportunity that she seized at the age of 19.

To discover or rediscover this restaurant with its terrace and breathtaking view of the beautiful beach of Siouville-Hague, the reservations are open seasonally, from April to the end of November. Its large tables welcome family and professional occasions.
