How to avoid pitfalls

To crack down, fraudsters mainly use the phishing method, which consists of receiving the transfer of their personal data from the recipient using a legitimate-looking message. The health insurance reminds that its communication (emails, telephone and SMS) is limited to certain information. “We will never ask you for your login details for your ameli account, especially your password, medical details, your full bank details or your bank card number.” To recognize a genuine agent, CPAM recommends asking the person you contact to provide the last refund paid to their account.
