Anne-Sophie Peignelin, Associate Lawyer, is promoted to co-director of the firm’s Grand Est Regional Department. She will contribute to the development and management of this entity, with more than 160 professionals including 105 lawyers and jurists, alongside Benoît Hertfelder.
With recognized expertise in corporate tax strategy, Anne-Sophie Peignelin joined Fidal in 2011 to develop the tax department at the level of the Nancy office, then all of the 9 sites that make up the Grand Is where she leads a team of 25 tax lawyers. She assists a diversified clientele of companies and managers in their restructuring, transmission and external growth operations. With expertise in tax litigation, she assists companies in carrying out their tax audits and before the courts.
Anne-Sophie Peignelin began her career in 1999 with ACD, where she worked for 11 years. At the end of a doctorate in private law validated in parallel in 2002, she embraced the legal profession a year later, and became a partner in 2008.
Alongside her professional activities, Anne-Sophie Peignelin is active in several networks, including the CJD, of which she became a member in 2011 then president of the Nancy section for two years in 2015. She is also an active member of the Lorraine region of the Association of Company Lawyers.
Heavily involved in the university, she currently co-directs the tax module of the Master 2 DJCE course at the Faculty of Law of Nancy, and intervenes on a recurring basis within the IUP Finances of this same university.
Promoted since October 1, Anne-Sophie Peignelin succeeds Didier Millot, associate lawyer with the firm for 39 years, co-regional director since 2009, former chairman of the firm’s Supervisory Board, who wished to assert his rights to the retirement
