Lucky, whose first name means “lucky”, come close to the worst. Abandoned on rails in the middle of nowhere, he had no way to move. In fact, his hind limbs were paralyzed, probably due to a spinal cord injury. It’s hard to know what caused his disability, but rescuers say he was hit by a train or abused by his former owners.
An emergency
Near him was a leash and a collar, which indicated that he had been left there on purpose. The survivor had already spent 2 days lying on the road. His rescue was quickly organized and the bill for his care was monumental. During his recovery, he rested with a foster family.

Filled with resilience, he gradually overcame his physical and psychological wounds. In order for him to walk, an adapted chair was made for him. Thanks to his equipment, he could play and run with his canine friends.
A loving family
