HAS forest, The Brugman, it’s the Grand Salon where we talk about gastronomy. . Designer Fred Jannin tasted Armoricaine, a secret recipe not found in the assortment of Devos & Lemmens sauce makers. His accomplice, Gilles Dal, a false gourmet of the scenario, savored the art of drowning the fish. Together, the two guests concocted an emulsion of puns, a tataki of burlesque scenes, where the metaphysics of humanity slowly bubbles up…
