A woman took her children to school when she discovered a kitten outside with a clear hallway.

The finder who would help scooped her up from the street and bushed her home. When she could take a closer look, she was amazed to find the little one who had only two legs.

Despite being born without hind legs, the kitten was in a high mood and moved effortlessly with her forelimb.

Concerned that Kitten may need extra care, reached out to his online community for help.

“When I saw her photo and video, I knew I had to help her. I wanted to make sure she received medical treatment and would be adopted by a person who could get all the necessary accommodation for her,” Ashley, a director and fetus with Liberation Cat House (an all-Volute rescue) loves me.

Jen, a colleague volunteer, stepped in and took the kitten to the vet. She was immediately charmed by her lively attitude. “She could tell that she had a great personality from the start. She was very vocal and confident.”

The moment the kitten stepped out of the carrier, she was eager to explore and climb Jen’s shirt just her foreleg.

“The veterinarian made radiographs, which showed that she had a fully formed spine and pelvis, but lacked both hind legs. Instead of a hind leg, she has a small stump that is mostly cartilage and she can’t walk on it.

“The veterinarian decided that this was an innate question, so she has always navigated the world this way.”

“When she came to me, I was impressed with how well she could balance and go with the help of her internal legs. Then I realized she didn’t know anything different. If she wanted to come someone, she had to learn how to do it on two legs.”

The kitten named Saoirse is a bundle of energy. She is constantly on the go, throws herself from corner to corner, plays with toys and fills the air with adorable meows.

“She loves attention and likes to fall asleep in your lap. She is very curious and not intimidated by new people or around. She chases toys like all other kittens; she just does it with two legs instead of four.”

The little house panther never ceases to amaze everyone with her determination and impressive abilities.

“Especially loves to chase the feather wand toys. She likes to fight with studied toys. She can’t jump, but she climbs up using her forelegs, which is much more muscular than an average kitten.”

For the first time in her life, Saoirse has unlimited food, a safe environment and caring people who are unity that she is happy, healthy and loved.

Despite missing a leg on one side and just a small stump on the other, Saoirse has slowed one a bit. She has mastered the art of balancing on her forelegs and can reach any place she puts her mind to.

“The way she zipped on two legs is amazing. I especially love her confidence. She is not afraid to ask what she wants and I am here for it.”
