The man, an engineer by profession and passionate about DIY (he notably makes models of cars, planes and buildings), was saddened to see her thus deprived of one of her greatest pleasures. It even happened to Peanut to fall while trying to get into bed.
He then thought of a solution and had the idea of building a small staircase adapted to the dog. The inhabitant of Chicagoin Illinois, immediately got down to work.

A tailor-made and comfortable staircase
He was inspired by photos taken from the net, then began to design a 3D model. The work made from birch plywood was born. He gave it both low and wide steps so that Peanut could effortlessly climb them. He also covered them with carpet for more comfort.

Once the stairs were ready, the dog tested and approved it. She can’t do without it since, delighted as she is to be able to get up and down freely from the bed.
