We never receive the collected amounts. »
ONE feeling of helplessness took hold of Delphine, who considers ” option to close the association «, she confides. ” Getting there would be heartbreaking. I receive calls every day to take care of cats and I see the newfound happiness of adopted kittens. But without premises I can no longer help. »
