In Bourges, the restaurant L’incontournable has changed hands

Twenty-five-year-old Maxime Boisset now presides over the destiny of L’incontournable, whose name he has not changed but which he prefers to call Rooftop l’incontournable as he has devoted efforts to reorganizing the top. “We put more tables and seats, more cushions too with six-person lounges and flower arrangements,” says the new owner, who is also at the head of another business in Chartres.

premium Open-air cinema sessions are back in Bourges with ten comedies on the program

On the first floor, the menu is more bistronomic than previously. “We offer beef tataki, burata and of course burgers for prices ranging from 12 to 22 euros”.

The establishment is open Tuesday to Friday from 6 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. and Saturday from 4 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
