On her 63rd birthday, Fergie shared a series of photos with the Queen’s doggies, which she inherited with Prince Andrew when the latter died.

Sixty-three years is something to celebrate. On the occasion of her birthday, Sarah Ferguson shared, this Saturday, October 15 on Twitter, a series of photographs with her new life companions: the corgis of Elizabeth II. Indeed, the former wife of Prince Andrew, mother of Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, inherited Sandy and Muick, the two dogs adored by the Queen, following her death on September 8 at Balmoral.

Lying on the grass, smiling, kissing and cuddling the two animals, the new mistress seems quite delighted with her new role. This message, which also tended to give news to royal fans of the two corgis, particularly affected Internet users. “Oh thanks for sharing, I often think of them,” one commented. “So nice to see the Queen’s dogs loved and happy,” wrote another.

On September 19, the day of the Queen’s official funeral, Sandy and Muick touched the public patiently waiting for the coffin of their late monarch at Windsor Castle (the queen was buried in the chapel of King George VI, alongside her husband the prince philipEditor’s note). A touching image as the queen was attached to her corgis.
