As part of its development, the THALEX AVOCATS firm, located in Annecy, is looking for a lawyer or a jurist for its legal/corporate activity aimed at a clientele of SMEs and SEMs.
Experience required:
The candidate will have a solid experience of at least 5 years, in a law firm or legal department, in company law (legal secretary), drafting of deeds, commercial contracts and business transfers.

Fluency in English and knowledge of public business law would be appreciated.
