The organization of the BdM is regulated like clockwork, as in all the tables of the city, moreover. “This year, things are going well,” confirms Josette! A short quarter of an hour of waiting and the team is gathered on a long table inside, near the kitchen. Josette, with a smile on her lips behind her small glasses, brings the table of dishes.
