Cédric Jubillar has been in pre-trial detention since June 18. Until now, previous requests for release have always been refused, whether at first instance or by the Toulouse Court of Appeal. According to the defense, the incarceration of Cédric Jubillar is “abusive” and undermines the “presumption of innocence”.
