Judge continues to block Musk, DOGE from Treasury Data while Muller injunctions

A federal judge in Manhattan on Friday said she will continue to block individuals associated with Elon Musk’s government efficiency department from accessing sensitive Finance’s items and payment systems while considering whether to issue a preliminary injunction.

US district judge Jeanette Vargas did not give up whether to issue an injunction’s additional blocking dog’s access, but chose to expand his temporary restriction order from last week.
