It was through a drawing contest that the toddlers were able to challenge their creativity. We tell you more!
Lunch Garden is one of Belgium’s most popular family restaurant chains. In search of new designs for its meal trays for children, the brand organized a drawing competition to find the new decor. “For the new design of our meal trays for children, we thought it would be fun to appeal to the creativity of our youngest visitors. The result that emerges is fantastic”says Ann Biebuyck, CEO of Lunch Garden.
Among the many participants, six winners were selected. The lucky winners won a surprise dinner with their family, as well as a workshop “Photography with a tablet” at the Lunch Garden in Bierges. The first child who accepted the invitation even had the chance to be escorted by limousine to the restaurant.
“From the week of October 24, the first models resulting from this initiative can be found in Lunch Garden stores”, says Ann Biebuyck. The six winners have also already received the first impression of their new tray exclusively. Note that two out of six winners could not be present.
Note that half a million children eat at the Lunch Garden every year. Families with children are a strategic priority for the Belgian restaurant chain. By 2025, it also wants to attract 20% more families, and focus more on the experience offered to children.
