Camille wants to find her cat at all costs. The young resident of Lyon offers 150 euros in prize money for the person who will bring Greensheep back to him, his faithful companion who has been missing since September 5, 2022. It is his “last hope”.
“One Night He Never Came Home”
“I lived on the ground floor, in a closed apartment opposite the Jean-Mermoz hospital (Lyon 8.). My cat went out at night for a few hours. One night he never came home. Camille is looking for him everywhere. “He spent his life in the neighbours’ garden, but he wasn’t there… So I put up posters and announcements on Facebook groups”.
Time passes and still nothing. She continues to look for him at night. “Greensheep is three years old. He is a black and white alley cat that we found on the street with my father when I lived in Nantes. But with his long hair, we can believe that it is a purebred cat. »
“My cat is not worth 150 euros”
The walkers she meets on the street during her research warn her of a phenomenon. “They tell me it was probably stolen from me. This is where this idea comes to him: to create a reward.
“My cat is not worth 150 euros… so I tell myself that if it was stolen from me and the person comes across this ad, they will be tempted to bring it back to me for this amount.”
A last hope to find Greensheep. “At first it was hard, but I’m starting to make up my mind,” she says, and still hopes to end up seeing him again one day.
