Aéma Group Directed by Adrien Couret develops its finance team.
Luca Haidari is confirmed as Director of Finance, Risk, Strategy and Performance for Aéma Groupe, a position he has held on an interim basis since the departure of Francois Bonnin end of November 2023.
This Ecole Centrale de Paris graduate, holder of a degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Padua and a degree in applied economics obtained from the University of Paris Dauphine, began his career in office strategy consulting Kearney.
In 2018, he joined the group Macif as director of the strategy and alliance department within the strategy, alliance and innovation department with responsibility for several projects on behalf of the general management and the business lines. Between 2020 and 2021, he will mainly work on the acquisition projectAbeille Assurances until he joined Aéma Groupe at the end of September 2021. In the same year, he moved as director of the strategy and alliance department of Aéma Groupe, then as director of strategy in the group’s strategy and performance department.
In 2022, Luca Haidari will become a member of the management committee of the mutual group, before taking on the role of finance and risk director on an interim basis from December 2023.
New finance director
From the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR), David Faure joins Aéma Groupe as CFO.
During his career, this polytechnic, graduated from Ensae and certified actuary, worked for fourteen years atSupervisory authority prudential and resolution (ACPR) which he joined in 2010. He successively developed as a controller, deputy to the brigade leader, then brigade leader. Since 2023, David Faure has served in the regulator as head of a banking supervisory service within the framework of the SSM (Single Supervisory Mechanism). In addition, he works as a lecturer at the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts (Cnam), where he teaches actuarial science.
A confirmed teamSince 1 March 2024, Karim Doublali joined the Aéma Groupe management committee to take responsibility for performance management and head office management.
This graduate in economics from the universities of Rennes and Brest joined Macif in May 1990, where he worked for about ten years as a regional statistician. In 2000, he traveled to Macif’s headquarters to participate in several organizational and performance management projects. Since 2016, Karim Doublali has successively held the positions of performance director at Macif, director of coordination, administration at Sgam Aéma Groupe, which he joined when it was created in 2021.
Clement Bovet joined Aéma Groupe in February 2024 as director of strategy, alliances and transformation.
Graduated from the Master Grande école of Essec Business School and holder of a master’s degree in public affairs from Sciences Po Paris, the new director begins his career in strategy consulting in the international company Kearney. Between 2020 and 2021 he worked in particular on the acquisition project of Abeille Assurances. Clément Bovet joined Aéma Groupe in February 2024 to take responsibility for strategy, alliances and transformation.
Finally, since 2022, Eric Da Silva serves as risk director at Aéma Groupe.
After starting his career at Natixis, this holder of a DEA in applied mathematics from the University of Jussieu joined HSBC Assurances in 2006. He worked there mainly as risk manager and then director of asset-liability management. Promoted to finance director for the bancassurance company in 2014, Eric Da Silva joined HSBC Insurance Group, five years later, to become International Director of Actuarial Science for Europe and Latin America. In February 2022, he joined Aéma Groupe as risk director.
