Orthez-Biron: the lake restaurant has reopened

The restaurant, called Ga’Ma, for Gaël and Marie, will offer “simple cuisine, which people know, homemade, with fresh products and lots of love! On the menu: a lot of fish, “we’re at the water’s edge and it’s a product we love to work with”, but also local meats “like Blonde d’Aquitaine or veal”.

A traditional cuisine “but twisted by little touches inspired by our various travels”, explain the cooks. On the menu, four starters, four main courses, four desserts, which will change regularly, and a menu of the day “to eat quickly but well!” In short, customers will find “taste and love” on their plates.

In terms of hours, the restaurant will be open every day from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. until August 31.
